By downloading or using the Prely app ("Application"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, or translation of the Application or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights belong to the Service Provider, Miłosz Stojanowski.
Disclaimer
The Application is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice or services. It has not undergone clinical testing and should not be solely relied upon for mental health or other concerns. The Service Provider is not responsible for actions taken based on information provided by the Application.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription within our app, it will be processed through RevenueCat and either Google Play Store or App Store Connect, depending on your device. The subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel it in your account settings. A guide on how to cancel is available within the app. For refund requests, please contact us at contact@prely.com.
Application Functionality
The Service Provider strives to provide a beneficial and efficient Application. We reserve the right to modify the Application or its services in the future.
Data Security
The Application stores and processes your personal data to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining your phone's security and access to the Application. Jailbreaking/rooting your phone can compromise security and may cause malfunctions. We strongly advise against it.

The Application may utilize third-party services with their own Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing them:

Usage Charges
Certain functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or data usage limits.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and operational. The Service Provider is not responsible for service disruptions due to device malfunctions or battery depletion.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application or cease providing it at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights and licenses granted under these Terms & Conditions will end. You must cease using and (if necessary) delete the Application from your device.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for changes. We will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions here.
Termination by User
You may terminate your use of the Application by deleting it from your device.
